Blackened Salmon - This recipe is so simple and absolutely delicious! We highly recommend using a seasoned cast iron pan for this recipe if you have one in the house!  In a small bowl combine your favorite spices we recommend some garlic, paprika, and salt. Coat the salmon in your spice mixture. Heat your cast iron skillet with oil on high heat until nearly smoking and place the fish flesh side down for approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Use a spatula to turn the salmon to the other side. Cook the salmon over medium heat, until the skin becomes crispy, about 5 to 6 minutes. Remove from heat and squeeze some lemon zest on your fish and enjoy!

Brown Sugar Salmon - Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Take your filet and place it in the center of the baking sheet folding tin foil up around your salmon.
